Refund Policy

Strict Digital Goods Policy

Due to the non-returnable, proprietary nature of digital Infrastructure-as-Code, all sales of the Universal Lakehouse Factory and related Databricks scaffolding are strictly final.

Because purchasing grants immediate, permanent read-access to our private GitHub repository, we cannot revoke your exposure to the proprietary logic once the fulfillment webhook has executed. Therefore, Kairos Consulting Collective, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances after repository access has been granted.
